Fiddler on The Roof

A theatrical triumph and winner of three Olivier Awards, including Best Musical Revival, Fiddler On The Roof completed its UK and Ireland tour, with its final performance in January 2026.

Directed by Jordan Fein (Oklahoma, Young Vic), choreographed by Julia Cheng (Cabaret), and designed by Tom Scutt (winner of the 2025 Olivier Award for Fiddler On The Roof), this critically acclaimed production brought fresh vitality to a timeless classic.

Set in 1905 in the tiny village of Anatevka, the story follows Tevye, a Jewish milkman who lives by long-held traditions. For his five daughters, that means a visit from the matchmaker — but as each daughter challenges his beliefs against the backdrop of a rapidly changing world, Tevye is forced to confront a profound question: can he hold on to his roots, or must he bend to the will of his children and learn to embrace the unfamiliar?

Featuring some of the greatest songs in musical theatre history, including ‘If I Were A Rich Man’, ‘Tradition’, ‘Matchmaker’ and ‘Sunrise, Sunset’, this beloved classic remains an exuberant celebration of love, resilience, community and life.
